This way, it helps both you and us understand the issue and the perfect solution to recover it.

If there is a problem detected in the system, the recorder is able to know the cause of the problem. The recorder then sends this issue to our servers which the server then relays this message to your phone and that's how you are able to know which equipment is failing and why.
